Retired Military Officers Vow Big Protest Movement on Monday

Retired military officers announced that they will take to the streets again on Monday to condemn the government's plan to cut their pensions and end-of-service benefits as part of its 2019 draft austerity budget. According to a statement issued by the National Veterans Organization, the veterans will start their protest action at 6 AM, adding that they will cut off roads and block public facilities nationwide.
