The World Health Organization (WHO) on Thursday said new COVID cases were again rising in Europe, after more than two months of declining numbers. "Last week, the number of cases rose by 10%, driven by increased mixing, travel, gatherings and easing of social restrictions," Hans Kluge, the WHO's regional director for Europe told a press conference.
