Ralph Lauren Gets Paid $22.2 Million in 2018

Ralph Lauren, executive chairman and chief creative officer of the brand, received $22.2 million in total compensaion last fiscal year, slightly less than $22.6 million that he had a year earlier, based on a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount is dissected as follows: salary of $1.8 million, incentive pay of $9.2 million and stock awards of $11 million.

The same decline in value has affected the company’s president and chief executive officer, Patrice Louvet, who received a total compensation of $13.9 million, compared to $23.8 million in the previous year.
