Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Thursday warned of the harmful economic conditions as suicide epidemic sweeps Lebanon, lambasting officials for their inertia.
“We are at the heart of the economic collapse and deadly cases of despair are frequently recurring; on the other hand, the ruling authority seems to be still off living in another world, sparring over shares and imposing its own policies,” Gemayel wrote on Twitter.
“You neither see, nor listen, nor feel nor get enough! You should be served more than a revolution. Lebanon protests and will be victorious because life is more powerful than death,” he asserted.
