Around 11,300 passengers are expected to return in the third phase, which will end May 24.
Seven planes carrying stranded Lebanese expats are scheduled to arrive on Monday at Beirut’s Rafik Hariri International Airport.
The flights will be arriving from Larnaca at noon, Riyadh at 2 P.M., Paris at 6 P.M., Muscat at 7:30 P.M., Abu Dhabi at 9P.M., Dubai at 10 P.M. and London at midnight.
All expatriates who are set to arrive on Monday have took the PCR test three days before their scheduled fight.
Passengers whose results came back as positive will not be allowed to get on the plane.
