These flights are part of phase three of expat returns that are set to end on May 24.
Twelve new coronavirus cases were detected among returning Lebanese expats on Monday night flights, said a statement issued by the Health Ministry.
Ten of the infections were among passengers returning on a flight from Lagos, one case from Paris flight and another one among expats returning from Pointe Noire.
All infected cases will be transferred to the hospital and there will be strict monitoring to all those who tested negative to adhere by the home quarantine rules, the statement added.
Anyone that will later show any symptoms would be tested and transported to the hospital.
