Sayegh Says Problem Today Is that the Lebanese Decision Is Confiscated

Kataeb's Deputy-President Selim Sayegh stressed that everyone is calling for an independent Judiciary and elections, wondering how all this would happen with such a Parliament.

Kataeb's Deputy-President Selim Sayegh on Saturday stressed that the problem today is that the Lebanese decision is confiscated, saying that the real pressure should be exerted towards making a real change and holding early parliamentary elections.

“The system and the government have become a system of non-trust. To restore confidence, freedom must be freed from the system of slavery. Unfortunately, the government does not have enough freedom, thus it is not able to accomplish anything," Sayegh told Voice of Lebanon radio station.

"The revolution is clean and we will see during today’s protest a lot of provocations but we will complete our journey, we will be under the constitution and respect the security forces," he said.

“Don’t be afraid and take to the streets so no one would blame you in the future for not trying to make any change,” he added.

Sayegh stressed that everyone is calling for an independent  Judiciary and elections, wondering how all this would happen with such a Parliament.
