Journalist and news editor Sami Kleib announced his resignation on Friday from the Beirut-based pan-Arab TV station al-Mayadeen.
“In line with my thoughts, convictions and conscience, I have submitted my resignation today from al-Mayadeen television channel,” Klein wrote on his Twitter account, wishing the channel he co-founded in 2011, together with Ghassan Bin Jiddo, unrelenting progress and success.
Kleib, a Lebanese journalist with a French citizenship, worked at Radio Monte-Carlo, RFI, al-Jazeera and France24. He presented “The Game of Nations” program at al-Mayadeen.
