Youth For Change Paid a Visit to Naji Fliti's Family in Arsal

Following the suicide of Naji Fliti, the 40-year-old father of two, over mounting debt as political and economic turmoil is gripping Lebanon for weeks, Youth For Change (Y4C) association in collaboration with Taj Best Food company visited his family at their home in the border region of Arsal.

A group from the association and the company offered food commodities, in-kind assistance for his family and gifts for his children in addition to some financial assistance.

Head of Youth For Change, Gilbert Rizk, stressed on the need for the Lebanese to stand hand in hand during this dire time.

Fliti committed suicide outside his home on Sunday because he could not pay outstanding medical bills for his cancer-stricken wife, his relative told AFP on Monday.

Youth for Change is a Lebanese Non Governmental Organization founded in 2011, with the aim to promote positive youth development in the Lebanese community.
