ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi on Monday made his first apperance in five years in a video released by the terrorist group.
Baghadi admitted the group's defeat in the Syrian town of Baghouz, Iraq's Mosul and Libya's Sirte, pledging retaliation.
"God ordered us to wage 'jihad.' He did not order us to win," he said.
Baghdadi hailed the recent deadly attack in Sri Lanka, deeming them as "vengeance for their brothers in Baghouz."
"There will be more to come after this battle," he vowed.
